At Thanet Business Network (TBN) we work hard together to make our businesses work better.
But we also make sure that we give something back to those who most need it.
Thanet Business Network present £1000 worth of equipment to Demelza Hospice Care for Children. Pictures here (L to R) are Michael Collier from Levicks Accountants, Leila Ilkhan from Demelza, Gareth Johns from Business Computer Solutions and Mags Vickers from Aloe2Bee.
Last year, TBN agreed to make a donation of £1000 to Demelza Hospice Care for Children to buy some much needed equipment for their children. The £1000 which came from our 35 business members was made up of:
- 6 x Oxygen flowmeters
- 1 x Portable saturation monitor
- 1 x Ophthalmoscope
- 1 x Blood pressure machine
On 2nd March 2016, Michael Collier from Levicks Accountants, Gareth Johns from Business Computer Solutions and Mags Vickers from Aloe2Bee went up to Demelza Kent in Sittingbourne to meet with Leila Ilkhan and present the equipment.
We are delighted to be supporting such an amazing organisation, helping those that need it and the familes.
